Community Resilience Toolkit
Why this toolkit?
With the current SDGs on the way out by 2030, we believe that the overriding aim that will remain is to create resilient communities. This requires a toolkit that provides sustainable solutions for communities that lack basic services. We want these communities to become self-sufficient through education, awareness campaigns, training programmes and projects that help them gain skills while strengthening their communities from within. COMMEET wants to implement sustainable community engagement projects in small communities that are growing beyond their means. We aim to inspire residents, especially the youth, to lead change in their communities.

What is the purpose?
The most important aims are basically aligned with the general human needs that everybody has:
COMMEET
Who needs it?
Developed through a collaborative, global effort, this toolkit speaks directly to those in the local communities ready to lead change. Local stakeholders are uniquely positioned to understand their community’s challenges and strengths. Their leadership is vital in shaping responses that repair past harms, resist cultural marginalisation, and shift attitudes through informed and inclusive dialogue.
