COMMEET

What we do

Field work

We participate in community dialogues, we initiate projects in neighbourhoods and we give masterclasses in displaced communities. This work yields rich data for toolkit production and

implementation. Diversity in knowledge and toolkits is guaranteed by our grassroots involvement worldwide in Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Uganda and Portugal, to mention but a few of our fieldwork experiences.

Toolkit production & management

Our toolkits provide the practical contents needed to design and deliver lasting community empowerment. They include tested methodologies, step-by-step guidance, and real-world examples that support action in areas such as education, sustainability and inclusion. They also focus on management, strategy and coordination to ensure that projects are effectively adapted and applied in different contexts. This includes expert advice, facilitation and ongoing support to help teams navigate challenges and achieve sustainable results.

Sharing the Ubuntu philosophy

Our final goal is to make the world aware of the implementation of Ubuntu ideals through community empowerment. We organise webinars, write newsletters and share stories on this platform about progress, empowerment and collaboration where it happens.
